Description

Delightful no-bake truffles combining the rich flavors of classic Tiramisu with chocolate for a sweet indulgence.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup brewed espresso, cooled
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Beat the mascarpone cheese until smooth.
  2. Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture gently.
  4. Prepare the espresso dipping station by dipping cookies into the cooled espresso.
  5. Roll the truffles in cocoa powder and place them on a plate.
  6. Drizzle melted chocolate chips over the truffles.
  7. Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days, or freeze for up to a month.
