Description

A modern twist on classic bruschetta featuring spicy nduja and fresh garden tomatoes.


Ingredients

  • Baguette or ciabatta bread
  • Ripe tomatoes
  • Nduja (spicy spreadable salami)
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the baguette or ciabatta into thick slices and arrange on a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Chop the ripe tomatoes and mix with chopped fresh basil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  5. Spread a generous layer of nduja on each toasted bread slice.
  6. Top with the fresh tomato mixture.
  7. Drizzle with additional olive oil if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh and warm. Store leftover tomato mixture in the fridge for up to 2 days. Re-toast bread slices before serving.
