Description

Ingredients

  • Fresh sushi-grade tuna, diced
  • Cooked sushi rice
  • Soy sauce
  • Sesame oil
  • Green onions, sliced
  • Avocado, sliced
  • Cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • Seaweed salad
  • Pickled ginger
  • Sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions. Once cooked, let it cool to room temperature.
  2. Marinate the diced sushi-grade tuna with soy sauce and sesame oil. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes.
  3. Assemble the cooled sushi rice into the bottom of your serving bowl.
  4. Build the bowl by topping the sushi rice with marinated tuna, avocado slices, cucumber, and seaweed salad.
