Description

A unique beverage combining the rich flavors of coffee with a creamy, frothy topping made from sweetened egg yolks.


Ingredients

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup brewed Vietnamese coffee
  • A pinch of salt
  • Cocoa powder or cinnamon for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks, sugar, and sweetened condensed milk together until thick and creamy.
  2. Brew a cup of strong, aromatic Vietnamese coffee and pour it into a cup.
  3. Gently spoon the whipped egg mixture on top of the brewed coffee.
  4. Sprinkle with cocoa powder or cinnamon if desired.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh; can be refrigerated for up to a day. Use fresh eggs for best flavor.
