Ingredients

- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup brewed Vietnamese coffee
- A pinch of salt
- Cocoa powder or cinnamon for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks, sugar, and sweetened condensed milk together until thick and creamy.
- Brew a cup of strong, aromatic Vietnamese coffee and pour it into a cup.
- Gently spoon the whipped egg mixture on top of the brewed coffee.
- Sprinkle with cocoa powder or cinnamon if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh; can be refrigerated for up to a day. Use fresh eggs for best flavor.
