Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Milk of Choice
  • ½ cup Pure Pumpkin Purée
  • 23 tablespoons Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
  • â…› teaspoon Ground Cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • Pinch of Salt

Instructions

  1. Combine the rolled oats, milk, ground cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, and a pinch of salt in a medium-sized saucepan.
  2. Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally.
  3. Once simmering, reduce the heat to low and let the oatmeal cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the pumpkin purée, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  5. Cover and let rest for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Divide the oatmeal between two bowls and garnish as desired.

Notes

Use certified gluten-free oats if needed. Feel free to swap maple syrup for honey or brown sugar.
