Description

Delightful truffles made with a creamy white chocolate base and fresh strawberry puree, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz white chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, pureed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers or powdered sugar (for coating)
  • Sea salt (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Simmer the cream in a saucepan over medium heat until it begins to simmer.
  2. Remove from heat and add the chopped white chocolate, stirring until melted and smooth.
  3. Stir in the strawberry puree and vanilla extract until fully combined.
  4. Refrigerate the mixture for about 2 hours, or until firm.
  5. Scoop out small balls of the mixture using a melon baller or your hands.
  6. Roll each truffle in crushed graham crackers or powdered sugar.
  7. Place the truffles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Optionally, sprinkle a little sea salt on top for garnish.
  9. Refrigerate again until set.
  10. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

For an extra smooth mixture, finely chop the chocolate before melting. Adjust the mixture’s firmness by chilling longer if needed.
