Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups zgougou (pine nut flour)
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup corn starch
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a pot, combine the zgougou and 4 cups of water. Stir well to avoid lumps.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until it thickens.
  3. Once thickened, reduce the heat and add sugar, corn starch, and vanilla extract. Mix until fully combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a serving dish and let it cool.
