Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and generously grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- Combine the thinly sliced zucchinis and yellow squashes with minced garlic, chopped thyme, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Begin layering the zucchini and yellow squash mixture in the prepared baking dish.
