Ingredients

  • 1 pound raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 lemon wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the shrimp, olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl and toss until well coated.
  3. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the shrimp and mix gently.
  4. Place the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket, cooking in batches if necessary.
  5. Air fry the shrimp for about 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

Ensure shrimp is deveined and peeled for the best texture. Adjust garlic and spices according to taste. For added creaminess, add a splash of cream before air frying.
