Description

Ingredients

  • 4 Sweet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Optional toppings: Butter, Cinnamon, Marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and scrub the sweet potatoes thoroughly under running water.
  3. Prick the sweet potatoes with a fork to allow steam to escape.
  4. Rub the sweet potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle generously with salt and pepper.
  5. Place the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for approximately 45-60 minutes, or until tender.
  6. Once cooked, remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, slice open, and add optional toppings.
