Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and scrub the sweet potatoes thoroughly under running water.
- Prick the sweet potatoes with a fork to allow steam to escape.
- Rub the sweet potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle generously with salt and pepper.
- Place the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for approximately 45-60 minutes, or until tender.
- Once cooked, remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, slice open, and add optional toppings.
