Ingredients

Instructions

  2. Cool the eggs in cold water, then peel them.

  4. In a bowl, mash the yolks with the avocado and lime juice until smooth.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Refill the egg whites with the avocado mixture.
  7. Sprinkle with paprika and chopped cilantro if desired.
