Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot of water, bringing it to a boil, then covering and letting them sit for about 9-12 minutes.
- Cool the eggs in cold water, then peel them.
- Cut the eggs in half and remove the yolks.
- In a bowl, mash the yolks with the avocado and lime juice until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Refill the egg whites with the avocado mixture.
- Sprinkle with paprika and chopped cilantro if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
