Description

Savory Bacon Cheese Bombs filled with melty cheese, perfect for low-carb snacking and party appetizers.


Ingredients

  • 10 slices Thick-cut bacon
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese (or your favorite melting cheese)
  • to taste Seasoning (pepper or mixed herbs)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut each slice of bacon in half. You will have 20 pieces of bacon.
  3. Take one piece of bacon and wrap it around a small amount of cheese. Use toothpicks to hold it together if needed.
  4. Repeat this process with the remaining bacon and cheese.
  5. Place the wrapped cheese bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Season with pepper or your favorite herbs.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and the cheese is bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, toss some chopped jalapeños or garlic powder inside the cheese before wrapping. Experiment with different types of cheese for a unique taste.
