Description

A quick and tasty salad combining fresh veggies, crispy bacon, and creamy ranch dressing.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Broccoli
  • 1 cup Cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup Red Onion
  • 1 cup Green Bell Pepper
  • 1 cup Red Sweet Pepper
  • 1 cup Carrots
  • 4 slices Bacon
  • 1 cup Colby Jack Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Creamy Ranch Dressing

Instructions

  1. Start by washing all vegetables thoroughly. Chop the broccoli, cauliflower, red onion, green bell pepper, red sweet pepper, and carrots into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a skillet, cook the bacon until it’s crispy. Once done, let it cool and then crumble it into small pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, combine all the chopped vegetables, crumbled bacon, and Colby Jack cheese.
  4. Drizzle the creamy ranch dressing over the salad and toss everything gently to combine.

Notes

For added crunch, consider adding nuts like walnuts or almonds. Store dressing separately until serving for best freshness.
