- 2 cups peeled and diced apples

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, and granulated sugar in a large bowl.
- Combine the milk, egg, and melted butter in another bowl.
- Unite the wet and dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the diced apples gently.
- Drop dollops of batter onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar.
Notes
For added flavor, consider mixing sweet and tart apples. Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for a treat.
