Description

A delicious and easy-to-make dish featuring juicy sausages coated in sweet and tangy BBQ sauce, perfect for gatherings or family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 23 lbs smoked sausage, beef sausage, or turkey sausage
  • 2 cups BBQ sauce
  • 2 tsp liquid smoke
  • ¼ cup light brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Slice the sausage into ½-inch rounds.
  2. Combine the BBQ sauce and liquid smoke in a large bowl.
  3. Add the sliced sausage to the bowl and toss until well coated.
  4. Transfer the BBQ sausage to a 9×13 baking dish and sprinkle light brown sugar on top.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 40-45 minutes until bubbling and caramelized.

Notes
