- 2–3 lbs smoked sausage, beef sausage, or turkey sausage
- 2 cups BBQ sauce
- 2 tsp liquid smoke
- ¼ cup light brown sugar
Instructions
- Slice the sausage into ½-inch rounds.
- Combine the BBQ sauce and liquid smoke in a large bowl.
- Add the sliced sausage to the bowl and toss until well coated.
- Transfer the BBQ sausage to a 9×13 baking dish and sprinkle light brown sugar on top.
- Bake at 350°F for 40-45 minutes until bubbling and caramelized.
