- 8 oz spaghetti
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 lb ground beef or sausage
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- Sauté the ground meat in a pan with olive oil, seasoning it with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder, until browned.
- Mix the cooked spaghetti with softened cream cheese in a large bowl until well combined.
- Layer half of the spaghetti mixture in a baking dish, followed by half of the marinara sauce and the cooked meat.
- Repeat the layers and finish with shredded mozzarella and parmesan on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve with a green salad and garlic bread. Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to four days or frozen for up to three months.
