Description

A comforting baked casserole that combines pasta and creamy cheese, perfect for family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 lb ground beef or sausage
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  3. Sauté the ground meat in a pan with olive oil, seasoning it with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder, until browned.
  4. Mix the cooked spaghetti with softened cream cheese in a large bowl until well combined.
  5. Layer half of the spaghetti mixture in a baking dish, followed by half of the marinara sauce and the cooked meat.
  6. Repeat the layers and finish with shredded mozzarella and parmesan on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve with a green salad and garlic bread. Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to four days or frozen for up to three months.
