Description

A flavorful and healthy dish combining juicy chicken breasts with a creamy spinach and cheese filling, perfect for family dinners or special occasions.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil
  • Optional: pasta, rice, or roasted vegetables for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix ricotta cheese, spinach, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Slice a pocket into each chicken breast and fill with the spinach ricotta mixture.
  4. Drizzle olive oil on top of the chicken and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Place the chicken in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. Serve with pasta, rice, or roasted vegetables.

Notes

To store leftovers, let the chicken cool down, then place it in an airtight container. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
