Scale
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

- Sliced bananas (for garnish)
Instructions

- Combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/3 cup sugar, and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add 1 cup sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in sour cream, mashed bananas, and banana pudding mix until smooth.
- Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust in the springform pan.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until the center is set and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
- Mix milk with the remaining pudding mix and let it thicken. Spread over the chilled cheesecake.
- Top with whipped cream and sliced bananas.
Notes
Make sure the cream cheese is softened before mixing for a smoother batter. Let the cheesecake cool completely before refrigerating for the best results.
