Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create the bang bang sauce.
- Coat the chicken thighs in the sauce, then dredge them in breadcrumbs until fully covered.
- Place the chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle with a little oil for extra crispiness.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
- Serve hot with extra bang bang sauce on the side.
