Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to get it nice and hot for those meatballs.
- Mix together the ground meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Form the mixture into evenly-sized meatballs (about 1 inch in diameter) and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.
- Blend the avocado, Greek yogurt, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a blender until smooth and creamy.
- Assemble the bowls by serving meatballs over rice or quinoa, drizzling with the avocado sauce, and garnishing with fresh herbs.
