A fun twist on pizza and quesadillas featuring savory beef, pepperoni, and gooey melted mozzarella cheese in crispy tortillas.

- 4 large tortillas
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup pepperoni slices
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Heat some olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Place a tortilla in the skillet and spread pizza sauce over half.
- Add the cooked beef, pepperoni, and mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
- Fold the tortilla over to cover the filling and cook until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas and ingredients.
- Slice and serve warm.
Notes
Serve with extra pizza sauce on the side for dipping. Consider adding chopped herbs or sour cream for extra flavor.
