Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef tips
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the beef tips with salt and pepper, then brown on all sides in the skillet.
  3. Remove the beef from the skillet and set it aside.
  4. Sauté the onions and garlic until softened.
  5. Cook the mushrooms until they release moisture and start to brown.
  6. Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir to combine.
  7. Add the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, stirring until thickened.
  8. Return the browned beef to the skillet and let it simmer in the gravy.
  9. Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
