Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the beef tips with salt and pepper, then brown on all sides in the skillet.
- Remove the beef from the skillet and set it aside.

- Cook the mushrooms until they release moisture and start to brown.

- Return the browned beef to the skillet and let it simmer in the gravy.
