- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the chia seeds, almond milk, Greek yogurt, fresh lemon juice, lemon zest, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Stir well until all the ingredients are combined.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight.
- Once ready, give the pudding a good stir before serving.
Notes
For a sweeter pudding, adjust the amount of maple syrup or honey to your taste. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
