Description

A fresh and vibrant pasta salad that’s perfect for summer gatherings, bursting with flavor and color.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces of pasta (your choice)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 1 cup mozzarella balls, halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and allow it to cool.
  2. Combine the cooked pasta with cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, and mozzarella in a large bowl.
  3. Add the freshly chopped basil, Italian dressing, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
  4. Toss everything together until well combined.
  5. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
