Ingredients

- 8 ounces of pasta (your choice)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1 cup mozzarella balls, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and allow it to cool.
- Combine the cooked pasta with cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, and mozzarella in a large bowl.
- Add the freshly chopped basil, Italian dressing, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
- Toss everything together until well combined.
- Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
