Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the drained chickpeas dry with a paper towel.
- In a large bowl, combine the chickpeas, olive oil, paprika, cumin, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Mix until evenly coated.
- Spread the seasoned chickpeas out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast them in the preheated oven for 20-30 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through.
- Allow the roasted chickpeas to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, experiment with different spices like garlic powder or curry powder. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
