- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (for filling)
- 1 cup cream cheese (for frosting)

Instructions
- Heat the milk and 1/4 cup of sugar in a small saucepan until warm. Remove from heat and stir in yeast; let sit for 5-10 minutes until bubbly.

- Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise until doubled in size (about 1 hour).
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle. Spread the softened butter, then the brown sugar and cinnamon over the dough.
- Roll tightly, slice into 12 rolls, and place in a greased baking dish.
- Cover and let rise again for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake rolls for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Prepare the frosting by mixing the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Frost the rolls while still warm. Enjoy!
Notes
For variations, consider adding chocolate chips or nuts to the filling. Frost the rolls while warm for a gooey finish.
