Description

Enjoy the classic flavors of a Big Mac in a portable wrap format. Perfect for a quick lunch or party snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb lean ground beef (90% lean or higher)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 3 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • â…” teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 2–3 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 ½ tablespoons light mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard or Dijon
  • 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
  • ½ teaspoon pickle juice (optional)
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Pinch of smoked paprika
  • 4 large high-protein wraps or flour/whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 ½ cups shredded iceberg lettuce
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup diced or sliced dill pickles
  • ¼–⅓ cup chopped onion (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Form the mixture into thin patties.
  2. Pan-fry the patties for 2 minutes per side until browned. Chop into pieces.
  3. In a skillet, brown the beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Add Worcestershire sauce and optional onions. Cook until the beef is nicely browned and a little crispy around the edges. Set aside.
  4. Mix together all the sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Taste and adjust the seasoning to your liking.
  5. Warm the wraps in the microwave or on a grill pan for a few seconds to make them pliable.
  6. Spread the sauce on each wrap, then top with the cooked beef, lettuce, cheddar cheese, pickles, and onions.
  7. Toast the assembled wrap in a skillet for 1–2 minutes per side until golden and crispy.

Notes

Make sure not to overcook the patties to keep them juicy. You can customize toppings for different flavors.
