Description

A quick and healthy dish featuring flaky mahi mahi fish fillets baked in a tangy lemon butter sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 Mahi mahi fish fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix melted butter, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Place the mahi mahi fillets in a baking dish and pour the lemon butter mixture over them.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Serve warm with rice, vegetables, or salad, and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat gently to avoid overcooking.
