- 2 Mahi mahi fish fillets
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons Butter
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix melted butter, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Place the mahi mahi fillets in a baking dish and pour the lemon butter mixture over them.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve warm with rice, vegetables, or salad, and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
