A refreshing and quick treat that layers tangy key lime filling with crunchy graham cracker crumbs.

- 1 cup key lime juice
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- Zest of one lime (for garnish)
Instructions
- Combine the key lime juice and sweetened condensed milk in a mixing bowl, and mix well.
- Whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract in a separate bowl until soft peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the lime mixture until combined.
- Layer the key lime filling and graham cracker crumbs alternately in serving jars or glasses.
- Repeat until the jars are filled, and top with extra whipped cream and lime zest.
- Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
Notes
For a stronger lime flavor, add a little extra key lime juice. Use very cold heavy cream for the best results.
