Description

A comforting and creamy casserole made with tender chicken, vibrant broccoli, and a rich sauce, perfect for weeknight dinners and cozy gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix together the cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Add the shredded chicken and steamed broccoli to the soup mixture and stir until combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese generously on top.
  6. Mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the cheese.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
  8. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving warm.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F until heated through.
