A creamy and spicy dip made with shredded chicken, cheese, and Frank’s RedHot sauce, perfect for parties.

- 2 cups Shredded chicken (Rotisserie preferred)
- 8 oz Cream cheese (Room temperature)
- ½ cup Ranch dressing (Use your favorite brand)
- ½ cup Frank’s RedHot sauce (Adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- ½ tsp Celery seed
- 1 cup Sharp cheddar cheese (Divided)
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese (Divided)
- ¼ cup Blue cheese crumbles (Optional)
- 2 Green onions (Chopped, divided)
- 1 tbsp Fresh chives (Chopped)
- 1 pinch Nutmeg (Optional)
- ½ cup Crushed crackers (Optional topping)
- 2 tbsp Apple juice (Optional)
- 2 tbsp Melted butter (Combine with crushed crackers for top)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Shred the chicken if you haven’t done so already.
- Chop the herbs (green onions and chives) for added flavor.
- Let the cream cheese sit out until it’s soft.
- Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Mix in the ranch dressing and Frank’s RedHot sauce until combined.
- Fold in the shredded chicken, garlic powder, celery seed, half of the cheddar cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
- Spread the mixture in a baking dish.
- Top with the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, along with any optional toppings like blue cheese crumbles.
- Bake in the oven until hot and bubbly, about 20-25 minutes.
- Serve warm with crackers, tortilla chips, or fresh veggies for dipping.
Notes
For extra flavor, you can add a splash of apple juice to balance the spice. You can also use Greek yogurt instead of cream cheese for a healthier version.
