Description

Buffalo Chicken Lasagna combines the bold flavors of buffalo chicken with layers of pasta and cheese, making it a delicious twist on a classic dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb shredded chicken
  • 1 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 15 oz ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 9 no-boil lasagna noodles
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine shredded chicken and Buffalo sauce in a mixing bowl.
  3. Mix ricotta cheese with a pinch of salt and pepper in another bowl.
  4. Layer the Buffalo chicken mixture, then ricotta, and mozzarella in a baking dish.
  5. Place three no-boil lasagna noodles on top.
  6. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve.

Notes

For a creamier texture, mix cream cheese into the ricotta. Adjust the amount of Buffalo sauce based on your spice preference. Add cooked vegetables for extra flavor.
