- 1 lb shredded chicken
- 1 cup Buffalo sauce
- 15 oz ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 9 no-boil lasagna noodles
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine shredded chicken and Buffalo sauce in a mixing bowl.
- Mix ricotta cheese with a pinch of salt and pepper in another bowl.
- Layer the Buffalo chicken mixture, then ricotta, and mozzarella in a baking dish.
- Place three no-boil lasagna noodles on top.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve.
Notes
For a creamier texture, mix cream cheese into the ricotta. Adjust the amount of Buffalo sauce based on your spice preference. Add cooked vegetables for extra flavor.
