Instructions
- Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces to ensure even cooking.
- Mix the hot sauce and melted butter in a bowl until smooth.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Add the chicken pieces to the skillet, season with salt and black pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until golden and fully cooked.
- Pour the hot sauce mixture over the cooked chicken and stir gently to coat.
- Create a base with the cooked rice in a bowl.
- Place the buffalo chicken on top of the rice, followed by shredded lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced green onions.
