Description

A fun and tasty dish that combines the flavors of buffalo wings with creamy ranch dressing and hearty meatballs.


Ingredients

  • Pasta (e.g., penne or rotini)
  • Ground beef or turkey
  • Ranch dressing
  • Buffalo sauce
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Egg
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Parsley (for garnish)
  • Fresh bread (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix the ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper. Shape into meatballs.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and brown the meatballs on all sides.
  4. Once browned, add buffalo sauce and simmer until cooked through.
  5. In another pot, mix the cooked pasta with ranch dressing and a little buffalo sauce.
  6. Serve the pasta topped with meatballs and garnish with parsley.
