Scale
- 2–3 medium Potatoes
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

- Black Pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- 500 grams Lean Beef Mince
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder

- 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Ketchup
- 1 teaspoon Dijon or Yellow Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Pickle Juice
- Shredded Lettuce
- Pickle Slices

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Clean and chop the potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Place them in a bowl, add olive oil, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Toss well to coat.
- Spread the potato pieces on a baking sheet and roast for about 25-30 minutes or until golden and crispy. Flip them halfway through for even cooking.
- While the potatoes are cooking, heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the lean beef mince and cook until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, and dried oregano. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and pickle juice to create a sauce.
- To assemble the burger bowls, add a layer of roasted potatoes, followed by the cooked beef mixture. Top with shredded lettuce, pickle slices, cheese, and the sauce.
