Description

Fun and healthy burger bowls made without the bun, packed with flavors and nutrients.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 23 medium Potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 500 grams Lean Beef Mince
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano or Mixed Herbs
  • 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon or Yellow Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Pickle Juice
  • Shredded Lettuce
  • Pickle Slices
  • Cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Clean and chop the potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Place them in a bowl, add olive oil, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Toss well to coat.
  3. Spread the potato pieces on a baking sheet and roast for about 25-30 minutes or until golden and crispy. Flip them halfway through for even cooking.
  4. While the potatoes are cooking, heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the lean beef mince and cook until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  5. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, and dried oregano. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  6. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and pickle juice to create a sauce.
  7. To assemble the burger bowls, add a layer of roasted potatoes, followed by the cooked beef mixture. Top with shredded lettuce, pickle slices, cheese, and the sauce.

Notes

Serve warm with extra pickles or herbs. Great as a standalone meal or with a side salad.
