Ingredients

  • 12 oz tortellini
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink.
  3. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until it is fragrant.
  4. Pour the heavy cream into the skillet and bring to a simmer. Mix in the Parmesan, mozzarella, and cheddar cheeses until they are melted and smooth.
  5. Add the cooked tortellini to the skillet and stir until it is well coated in the sauce.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
