- 1 lb steak (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook rigatoni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

- Reduce heat and add heavy cream to the skillet. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
- Add cooked rigatoni to the skillet, tossing everything together until the pasta is well-coated with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
Notes
For a lighter version, you can use half-and-half or a non-dairy creamer instead of heavy cream. Feel free to substitute chicken or shrimp for the steak.
