Description

Delicious snacks combining cheeseburger flavors and pretzel fun, perfect for parties.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or American)
  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Coarse sea salt (for topping)
  • Optional: mustard or ketchup for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Add salt and pepper and stir until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the shredded cheese until melted.
  4. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut into 2-inch squares.
  5. Place a small spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture into the center of each square.
  6. Fold the corners of the dough over the filling to create a ball, sealing the edges tightly.
  7. Arrange the pretzel bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Brush each bomb with beaten egg and sprinkle coarse sea salt on top.
  9. Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  10. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Ensure the dough is sealed tightly to avoid leaking during baking.
