- 8 oz beef steak, sliced thin
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- Cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- Sear the steak in a large skillet with olive oil until browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- Sauté the onions, bell peppers, and garlic in the same skillet until softened.
- Make the creamy sauce by returning the steak to the skillet and adding heavy cream, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Stir until smooth.
- Combine the cooked tortellini with the sauce, mixing gently to coat. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot, garnished with extra cheese if desired.
