A creamy and satisfying pasta dish that reimagines the classic cheesesteak, enveloping tender tortellini with rich flavors.


Ingredients

  • 1 package cheese tortellini
  • 8 oz beef steak, sliced thin
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Sear the steak in a large skillet with olive oil until browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  3. Sauté the onions, bell peppers, and garlic in the same skillet until softened.
  4. Make the creamy sauce by returning the steak to the skillet and adding heavy cream, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Stir until smooth.
  5. Combine the cooked tortellini with the sauce, mixing gently to coat. Season with salt and pepper.
