- 1 cup Sloppy Joe sauce
- 4 slices of garlic bread
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your oven according to the garlic bread package instructions.
- Sauté the ground beef and diced onions together in a skillet over medium heat until browned and fragrant. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the Sloppy Joe sauce, seasoning generously with salt and pepper. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Place the garlic bread slices on a baking sheet, spacing them apart.
- Top each slice with the Sloppy Joe mixture, piling it high.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve immediately.
