Description

  • 1 cup Sloppy Joe sauce
  • 4 slices of garlic bread
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven according to the garlic bread package instructions.
  2. Sauté the ground beef and diced onions together in a skillet over medium heat until browned and fragrant. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Stir in the Sloppy Joe sauce, seasoning generously with salt and pepper. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Place the garlic bread slices on a baking sheet, spacing them apart.
  5. Top each slice with the Sloppy Joe mixture, piling it high.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
