- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a baking dish generously with olive oil or butter.
- Place the chicken breasts in the greased baking dish.
- Mix together the sour cream, shredded cheese, oregano, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the sour cream mixture over the chicken breasts.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until cooked through and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
