- 1 large round sourdough bread loaf
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine chopped spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Cut the top of the sourdough loaf in a crisscross pattern, being careful not to cut all the way through.
- Stuff the cheese mixture generously into the cuts of the sourdough.
- Drizzle olive oil over the top to help create a crispy crust.
- Wrap the bread in aluminum foil and bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the bread is golden and crispy.
- Serve warm, pulling apart pieces of bread and enjoying the cheesy filling with family and friends.
Notes
Make sure your cream cheese is softened for easy mixing. Experiment with different herbs or add jalapeños for a kick.
