- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can refried beans

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the ground beef or turkey in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
- Stir in the taco seasoning and refried beans, mixing until well combined.
- Place a tortilla on a flat surface, add a spoonful of the meat mixture, and sprinkle cheese on top.
- Roll the tortilla tightly to form a stick.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the taco sticks on each side until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Transfer to a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
- Serve warm with sour cream and salsa.
Notes
