Description

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 grilled chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese (e.g., cheddar or mozzarella)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter or oil for toasting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the skillet over medium heat until hot enough to crisp the bread.
  2. Butter one side of each slice of bread for a golden crust.
  3. On the unbuttered side of one slice, layer the grilled chicken, avocado, and cheese.
  4. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper over the layers to enhance flavors.
  5. Place the other slice of bread on top, buttered side facing out.
  6. Carefully cook the sandwich in the skillet until golden brown and cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  7. Remove the sandwich, slice in half, and serve warm.

Notes
