- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1 cup ham, diced
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the shredded chicken, diced ham, Swiss cheese, milk, sour cream, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
- Grease a casserole dish with olive oil and pour the mixture into the dish.
- Top with breadcrumbs for added crunch.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Using cooked chicken from a rotisserie makes this recipe quicker and adds great flavor.
