Description

A comforting casserole that combines chicken, ham, and Swiss cheese in one delicious dish, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 cup ham, diced
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the shredded chicken, diced ham, Swiss cheese, milk, sour cream, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
  4. Grease a casserole dish with olive oil and pour the mixture into the dish.
  5. Top with breadcrumbs for added crunch.
  6. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Using cooked chicken from a rotisserie makes this recipe quicker and adds great flavor.
