Description

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into pieces
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chicken pieces and cook until browned.
  2. Add garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in 4 cups of water, bring it to a boil, and add spaghetti. Cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  4. Stir in the spinach, cherry tomatoes, and Italian seasoning. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the spinach wilts.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with Parmesan cheese.

Notes
