- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
- Chocolate ganache (for drizzling)
- Oreo cookies (for decoration)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix everything until well combined.
- Carefully stir in the boiling water, mixing until the batter is smooth and thin.
- Gently fold in the crushed Oreo cookies.
- Divide the batter evenly between the two prepared pans.
- Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes. Check if they are done by inserting a toothpick in the center; it should come out clean.
- Allow the cakes to cool in the pans for about 10 minutes. Then, carefully remove them from the pans and let them cool completely on a wire rack.
- Once cooled, frost the cakes with chocolate ganache and decorate with whole Oreo cookies.

Notes
