- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the peanut butter, sugar, egg, vanilla extract, baking soda, and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl and mix until smooth.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
- Scoop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each cookie.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are golden.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
