Description

Delightful cookies combining the richness of peanut butter, the sweetness of chocolate, and the playful texture of marshmallows.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the peanut butter, sugar, egg, vanilla extract, baking soda, and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl and mix until smooth.
  3. Fold in the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
  4. Scoop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each cookie.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are golden.
  6. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
