- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup finely chopped vegetables (bell peppers, green onions, etc.)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning until smooth.
- Stir in shredded cheddar cheese and chopped vegetables.
- Spread an even layer of the mixture onto each tortilla.
- Roll each tortilla tightly and wrap in plastic wrap; refrigerate for at least 60 minutes.
- Slice each roll into pinwheels and arrange on a serving platter.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
