Description

A fun and tasty snack or appetizer, these colorful pinwheels are great for parties, picnics, or family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup finely chopped vegetables (bell peppers, green onions, etc.)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning until smooth.
  2. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese and chopped vegetables.
  3. Spread an even layer of the mixture onto each tortilla.
  4. Roll each tortilla tightly and wrap in plastic wrap; refrigerate for at least 60 minutes.
  5. Slice each roll into pinwheels and arrange on a serving platter.
  6. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
