Ingredients
Scale
- 4 Cod fillets
- 2 Potatoes
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 2 sprigs Rosemary
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 tbsp Butter
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and chopped rosemary; sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add cod fillets and cook until they are opaque and tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Meanwhile, boil potatoes until tender.
- Drain potatoes and add them to the skillet, gently stirring to coat in the sauce.
- Serve warm with crusty bread or steamed vegetables.
Notes
Use fresh rosemary for the best flavor. Make sure not to overcook the cod, and for a thicker sauce, let it simmer longer before adding the cod.
